How can I keep from being killed by Annisette?

You should try delivering it to its intended recipient.

Hint 6 of 10:

You will get the Harkers' home address from the Holmwoods when you first
visit.  Go there to get Jonathan Harker's business address.

Hint 7 of 10:

Deliver the present to Jonathan at his office, and he'll give you a necklace
for Annisette.
